In the front row, the second and third child from left are
Hans Noe (Dr. Noe's son) and Andrew Halmay, respectively.
 

Some notes on the teachers in the above photo, second row, lt. to rt.:
1) Hebrew and Religion teacher (for Jews), name unknown. 
2) French teacher Mademoiselle ?, name unknown.
3) Mr. Stefaniuc/Stefaniuk, who taught second grade.
4) Mrs. Tomiuc who taught first grade
5) Prof. Vihneanu, Principal/Director, who taught fourth grade.
6) Fraulein Deutsch, who taught German.
7) Sohobochei, taught third grade.
8) Name and class taught unknown.
