From the Passover Haggadah: "Pour out Thy wrath upon the Nazis and the wicked Germans for they have destroyed the seed of Jacob. Pour out upon them Thy anger, and destroy them from beneath Thy heavens, and may our eyes behold, the avenging of Thy servants spilt blood."

"May the Almighty avenge their blood. This  monument is a witness to the death of the heroic and righteous brothers and sisters, sons and daughters, parents and grandparents, nieces and nephews, infants and babes in arms, our scholars and our common folk together--their blood ran as one, and even burial was denied them! After terrible persecution they were killed, burned, strangled for the sanctification of the Holy Name and the honor of the Nation.
This is all done in the ghettos and concentration camps by the wicked German people, the master murderers, the Nazis, and their accursed partners, may their memories be blotted out. Occurred in the years 1939-1945 in Sosnowicz-Bendin and environs."

"Earth, earth, refuse to cover their blood!
Great is our sorrow, and no consolation is to be found!
Their revered memory will never leave our hearts
or the hearts of our descendants unto eternity!"

"The memory of these holy martyrs will not be moved from our hearts,
and from the hearts of our descendants, forever!"
