"In Memoriam: This memorial erected in memory of twelve thousand innocent victims of the city of Zamosc Poland who were brutally burned gassed and slain by the abominable Nazis and their helpers in the years of 1939-1945. Their sacred memory will always be enshrined in our hearts.
We will always remember them. We shall never forget. We shall never forgive."

"In Everlasting Memory: With a deep sense of painful feeling, we shall never forget for one moment the extinguished lives whose names we do not know and through various circumstances it was not possible to memorialize their names on this monument. Honor their holy memory."
