ADOLPH KOPEKIN, UHRMACHER
Vienna, Austria
cir 1886-1904

Adolph Kopekin, who had immigrated to the United States in the early 1880s,
grew disenchanted with life in Chicago, Illinois and moved back to Vienna
where he worked as a watchmaker ("uhrmacher" in German.)
He opened his own shop on Porzellangasse Nr. 8.
In 1904 Adolph moved back to the United States, settling in New York City.
