THE CHAIMOWICZ FAMILY
Lodz, Poland
cir 1907

The seated older woman in the front, on the left side of the table, is Estera Chaimowicz (nee Goldberg), wife of Fishel Chaimowicz who is not in the picture.  The other people in the photograph are her children and may possibly include one or more grandchildren. The man at the far left is probably Estera's son Wolf. The little girl beside him is most likely Anna, the youngest, who immigrated to Chicago in 1923.  The teen-aged girl behind them is named Leah, who immigrated to Toronto, Canada, cir 1918. The younger woman seated in front, on the right, is a woman named Mary or Manya, who married Sam Brestin in Chicago. The name of the boy is unknown.
