The New
Synagogue of Czestochowa, Poland

| The New Synagogue was at
the corner of ul. Wilsona and ul. Garabaldiego in
Czestochowa. It was completed in 1893 and burned by the
Germans on December 25, 1939. In 1955 the Czestochowa
City Council decided to build a philharmonic hall on the
ruins of the New Synagogue. |
