Frants Borits
(Efrayim)
 

 


He was born on 23 April 1888 in Lemberg, eastern Galicia.

His father was the owner of a [bershtn]-factory.

He learned in a school.

He participated with "amateurs" and was an employee in a shoe business.

In 1908 he became a professional actor with Ebell, and afterwards acted with Axelrad in Rumania, Ettinger in Rumania, Glimer, and then he founded his own troupe.

On 8 August 1926, B. passed away in Lemberg from a lung inflammation.
