Born in 189... in Kaments Podolsk.
Her parents were a [gut]
owner in Podol.
She completed a gymnasium of
[shalb] and was a [tsuhererin] in a university.
E. also had completed the
dramatic course of Andreyev-Petrovsky.
Since 1916 she participated
in the school productions.
In 1917 she began to act in
small theatre in 1918 until the Bolshevik Revolution,
and came in 1922 to Kovno (Lithuania. She learned on
her own how to write out and read Yiddish.
In 1932 she went over to the
Yiddish theatre where she debuted as "Ranya di
potshtarka" in Gordin's "Di shbueh".
Soon she left again on a
tour with a Russian theatre across Revel and other
cities in Estonia.
In 1925-26 she returned to
Yiddish theatre and acted with L. Sokolov in Riga.
In 1926 she returned to
Kovno, where she performed again in Yiddish with the
guest-starring Zaslavsky, Rubin, Celia Adler, Ossip
Runitsh and Zigmunt Turkov.
According to Yonh Radinov,
E. was killed by the Nazis in the Kovno ghetto.
