A Warsawer, who had in 1840 in Warsaw submitted an application for a license for "15 dramatic productions in the Yiddish language".

According to Dr. Shatsky, H. is probably the, who used to that year arranged in Warsaw the Purim spectacles before 1840.

H.'s request became rejected due to the contradiction from the community shtibl.

Such requests were often occurred. On 8 March 1937 the rozor A. Poprotszki (a teacher from the rabbinic shul, an educate man, a father-in-law of the director of the shul, Anton Eyzenboym) to a Warsaw Police Chief [Yiddish translation according to Noakh Prilutski]:
