No biographical dates are known about F.H. Maley.

In 1898 there was published in Odessa in the printing shop of Aba Dukhna: "In der finsternish, a drama in four acts brom F. H. Maley" [p. 72, 16°].

According to an observation from the play, it was written in 1895 in Kharkov.
