Amitai Kedar

 

 

Amitai is a graduate of Acting Studies in the Theatre Department of Tel Aviv University, his studies also include Acting Studies at Actor Center, and at the School of Film and Television in New York.

He has performed at the Habima Theatre, the Leer Theatre, Tzavta (in "Agnon Cabaret", which received Honorable Mention at the Acre Festival 1996). He performs in the successful children's show "Dig Dig Dug." In New York, he performed on Broadway and Off-Broadway, in the La Mama theatre, in Folksbiene (the Yiddish theatre of New York), and he has appeared in the Shakespeare Festival in the Hamptons.

Amitai has appeared in many Yiddishpiel productions, such as "Two Kunilemel", "The Great Lottery", "The Rothschilds," "Yashke Muzikant," "How to be a Jewish Mother in 10 Lessons," "The Journeys of Benyamin the Third", and "Children from the Shadow".

On television, he recently appeared in the series "Lost and Found" (Reshet). He also performs in commercials, television, and film in Israel and the United States.
