OF ZALMEN ZYLBERCWEIG'S " LEXICON OF THE yIDDISH THEATRE"

 

Hila Raviv-Tzur

 

A 2003 alumnus of Beit Zvi. Hila won the Amos Gutman, Shraga Friedman, and Zohara Shakov Scholarships.

She performed at the Cameri Theatre in "Milano," and in the Karov Theater in "Forest Ghost."

She participated as a singer and dancer in the productions of the Sifriya Theatre such as "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat," "Gypsy," "Sweet Charity," and "Hair". She also appeared in children's plays, such as "Tzav Pinui (Evacuation Order)", "Hameuhav Mikitah Vav," "Makhela Aliza (A Lively Choir)", "Alifim,"" and "Uri". She appeared in the independent film, "Cherut Rehov (Freedom of The Street)".

In Yiddishpiel Theatre, she appeared in "Children from the Shadow," "The Magician of Lublin," "How to be a Jewish Mother in 10 Lessons," "20 Until 120," and in the concert "The Wheel Turns."

She was awarded the Snow Grant for Promising Actresses for 2009.
