◄ Looking north on Fourth Street, the Jewish Quarter, 1926

The Jewish Quarter of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the "City of Brotherly Love," has been home to a vibrant Jewish population since before the American Revolution.

In this exhibition you will be able to travel back in time and read accounts of historical events, not only events that occurred within Philadelphia's Jewish Quarter, but elsewhere in the world. You will also hear first-hand accounts of those who lived during these times.
