Hersch ben Mordecai Gordon and his wife Anna Kugel of
Pleshchenitsy had twelve children, four of whom survived
childhood. Those four (b. 1880-1893) all went to the
United States in the early 1900s, before WWI. Anna died
about 1903 (a grandchild was named for her in 1904) and
Hersch, who was a dairy farmer, lived until the late
1920's.
