THE EHRENWERTH FAMILY
Zagreb, Yugoslavia (now Croatia)
cir 1930

Etelka Ehrenwerth (nee Wellisch) with her husband Heinrich Ehrenwerth
and their two children, Julius and Antonia, who perished in the Holocaust.

The Ehrenwerth family came from Prostejov in Moravia, but some of them also
were living in Mosonmagyarovar, Hungary. Heinrich and his family lived in
Vienna and Budapest, but settled after the first world war in Zagreb.
They moved to England in 1939 but left Antonia behind to liquidate their business.
Unfortunately she did not survive.
