Rabbi Simcha Bunim Piontnica is the speaker pictured above. He was born in Ostrow Mazowieca, Poland (where his family originated from) on Feb 05, 1891. He late moved to Pultusk in Poland where he and his wife had four children: Zvi Shraga Pionica (killed by the Nazis in Ponar, although much is unknown about the circumstances surrounding his death); three surviving children named were Rose, Jacob and Joseph. Rabbi Simcha Bunim arrived in the United States after the war and passed away in 1992.
