Bela grossman and her husband
Eliezer Mordechai Slomovits

Elya David Davidovits,
hUSBAND OF RATZA GROSSMAN

This photograph was possibly taken around the time of their marriage about 1935. They died at Auschwitz upon arrival in 1944.

Elya was the husband of Ratza, Bela's sister. He was deported to Poland in June 1941. Elya fled to the woods in Mielnitze-Podolsk, Poland/Ukraine in 1942 and was never heard from again. Presumably he was discovered and killed.
