May have been born in Kolo, Poland.

Her husband, who may have been named Morris, was a hairdresser in London.

M. acted in Kompaneyets' troupe in Warsaw, then for ten years in London.

According to Aaron Nager M. was very corpulent, had a generic baritone voice and even used to play "Dovid Moisheles" in Jacob Gordin's "Der yidishe kenig lir (The Jewish King Lear)".
