Born on 26 April 1894 in Bucharest, Rumania.

He was manager of the theatre activities in various languages.

Since 1916 he was associated with the Yiddish theatre in Rumania as a director and manager of various troupes: "Vilna Troupe", "Vik't", "Vilna Operetta Troupe", Baratov, Kanievska-Breytman, Fishzon-Zaslavsky, Turkow-Kaminska, Ludwig Satz et al.
