M. Volgeshafen

According to Regina Prager: "Volgeshafen" was a retired soldier, and [around 1885] there arrived in Galicia a concession of the Yiddish theatre. He put together a troupe (Chaim-Shmuel Lukatsher, Meyerovitsh and his wife, Liza Eynhorn, Sam Adler, et al), and then they performed across the state and cities of Galicia. Afterwards he partnered with Axelrad and with that the troupe was taken on the road to Bukovina and Rumania.
