E. was an intelligent person and a good actor.

He acted in the Yiddish theatre throughout many countries in Europe, together with the scheduled actor.

In the productions his wife Fershtenfeld also used to participate.

On 20 February 1943 the Nazis arrested him in Paris and deported him to Majdanek, where they killed him.
